Great Work and Great Relationships Pay Off

Wilber makes a sincere effort to get to know our partners.  When important events in their lives occur, we like to celebrate the successes and empathize with the difficulties.  It came as a surprise to learn that one of our carrier clients was losing a Claims AVP to a competing carrier.  In this case it was a huge success story, as our partner took the Claims VP position.    Our success with his previous company led him to ask us to become his full Subrogation BPO.  Within three weeks of being notified, Wilber became their total subrogation department.
