Rob joined the firm in 2011.  He earned his B.A. degree in Communications / Marketing from the University of Kentucky in 1993.  Rob has an extensive insurance background that includes almost 13 years in arbitration as well as front-line claims handling.  In his previous position with Arbitration Forums, Rob was an Account Manager for some of the largest P&C carriers in the country.  His responsibilities included performance reporting, process recommendations and product education.  He has spoken at numerous national conventions and written several articles that have been published in Industry publications.  Rob is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and has obtained his Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.

Rob will assist the Business Development Team in expanding Wilber’s presence as well as provide hands-on service to our current client base.  Rob lives in the Lexington, Kentucky area.
